Technical 295lb bench max. What now?
These clips are from this month, and I’ve been hovering around this same weight for the past 2 to 3 months. For reference, I’m 6’1 and around 185 to 190 lbs depending on the day. I bench 2 to 3 times a week and usually stay in the 2 to 6 rep range while training around 0 to 1 RIR, although I honestly haven’t failed a lift in a while. I don’t follow any specific program and mostly piece things together myself from different tips and methods I’ve picked up over time. I’ll throw in a few accessories throughout the week when I feel like it.
Funny enough, I usually don’t do any additional chest movements because I bench so frequently already. Most sessions are around 3 to 5 working sets. My chest is also disproportionately bigger than the rest of my physique, especially my arms, which you can probably notice in the videos, so that’s another reason I don’t focus much on extra chest work.
Right now I’m struggling to decide whether I should do a slight bulk or a slight cut because I’ve basically been maintaining without tracking calories or food at all. My main goal is to hit a 315 bench as quickly as possible and to not look like crap while doing so, so any tips would be appreciated!

Feels like 200kg is getting closer by the day.
Critique welcome
535 lbs / 243 kg Deadlift PR
Progress continues! 💪
At the start of this cycle I maxed out and failed 485/220 on a deadlift bar. All time PR was 500 but started the year with an adductor thing. I'm blown away and really starting to feel my swag. 🥳 Onward and upwards!
Maybe start to compete soon? Idk, I'm in my 40s and 230 lbs right now. Even if I dieted all the way down to under 200, there are some monsters in the 90kg class.
First deadlift of the block, keeping it very light; aiming for 600 in comp come September
Any advice to improve my side lunges?
I’ve been incorporating side lunges a lot more in my training but I feel I don’t have a lot of ROM. I don’t lift my heels off the ground and I stop right at the spot where I feel they would lift and just go right back up? Maybe it’s my form? I’m using a 20lb kettlebell here but I’m thinking maybe go no weight until I can fully understand what I’m lacking?
Had 175x3 planned. Figured 4 plates was cooler.
Fucked around and found out 😂 current 1rm for a double at least 🤷🏻♂️
First time doing the Incline dumbbell press 60lbs x8, 173lbs bw. How is the form?
Deadlift clusters. 550x8. Having done this for straight sets, I found this to be more challenging.
215kg/473lbs stiff-leg/RDL PR. After missing my 215kg squat attempty
Continuing my pattern of missing a squat PR, and then hitting the same weight for a stiff-leg PR… here’s a 215kg miss on squat, and a 215kg make on SLDL/RDL.
353 lbs/160 kg | rep + volume PR
Emptying out some of my phone strorage by dropping this past week’s deadlifts from my SBD day here. Really happy with this rep + volume PR (3 x 4) especially after some heavy squats, benching, and feeling like shit—I’m actually surprised I didn’t fail any reps considering how fatigued I was!
P.S. I actually hate SBD days, but my coach swears by them 😅
P.S. x 2: Why is the second set always the hardest?! Lmao
P.S. x 3: Last set is always the best set 😎
