gripping with tissue/napkin kinda worked. 210kg/463lbs-220kg/485lbs.
finally achieved > 50% bodyweight weighted pull/chin ups. ps: straps are used.
Thanks for the push from the community! A 200kg squat once felt completely out of reach, but here it is! ps: 200kg = 441lbs

High bar squat PB +17.5kg/+38.6lbs after 1 year.
