Stuck Port-Cancellation Banner Blocking eSIM Transfer to New iPhone 17 - Case ID inside

I need help with an engineering escalation to resolve a hanging port-out status that is completely blocking me from activating my new iPhone 17.
The Issue: About a month ago, I initiated a port-out from Google Fi to AT&T. Because of a system glitch on AT&T's side, the transition failed mid-stream and never completed. AT&T cancelled the order and purged the request on their end.
However, my Google Fi account is stuck with a permanent "pending port cancellation" banner. Because of this hanging backend status, I cannot transfer or provision a new eSIM profile to my iPhone 17 (I keep getting an error).
My number is still active on my old device, but front-line support told me they had to "escalate to an engineer" to manually clear the port status from the switch database. I am on a strict 14-day Apple trade-in deadline to send my old phone back, so I it would be helpful if this had priority.
