Adjusting

To the ones who wear 24/7 how did you adjust to it? Cause I’m struggling more with my back and I’m thinking more and more I may have to go 24/7 but I fear judgement from friends. My family and my wife have been so supportive but my friends I definitely worry about them judging me now I’m 37 I know shouldn’t worry about it but I do worry.

Transitioned (First Post)

So, I’ve transitioned from using bed pads to pull-ups, and now I’m using tabs. I’ve heard that Northshore is really good, so I decided to use their chat feature and message them because I have a colostomy. I also have urinary incontinence due to spinal issues. They recommended Medium Megamax, which I’m loving. My wife ordered me a 4-pack, thankfully, of which I’m glad she did. However, I noticed that the bottom left tab where my colostomy was ripped off is now missing. Should I reach out to Northshore about this? Or what should I do for the next time?
