Looking for an accountability partner

Heya everyone

I'm 29F trying to start over life after losing my job and being at the worst stage of my health with zero discipline. I need an accountability partner to wake up at 4:30am and we check our daily goals and then at the end of the day we reflect what we achieved for the day. I applied to a data role which demands tableau assessment in the first round. I have mostly worked with powerBI so I don't wanna make any mistakes with this task. Is there any mentor who can help me with this? I don't want spoon feeding. Just the right direction.
