Dog run ideas and critiques

I am not great at large DIY projects but this is one I really need for my dogs quality of life. I will be moving to a location with a large but not fenced in yard. My dog absolutely cannot be trusted off leash. They will still go on walks and whatnot but it would be really nice to have them spend as much time outside as they would like.
We are moving to a rental and cannot have any tie out stakes in the ground (due to mowers possibly hitting it) and cannot anchor anything to the house. There is a tree line approximately 50-60 feet away from the back door.
All Google searches come back with the typical “tie between two trees” or how to put a post directly into the ground but I can’t do that because it needs to be removed when we move.

My plan is to fill a 5 gallon bucket with concrete then put a post into that, then bury the bucket and post, (I don’t know how deep) that way when we move out it can be fully removed. I would like to attach a cable from the top of the post to to tree line, the cable needs to be removable so the mowers aren’t clotheslined when they mow. Or I could try to make it tall enough that they could pass under easily.

I have no real idea of what materials would be best or if this idea would even work. All advice and criticism will be greatly appreciated.
