Hello

I booked a flight ZRH-BOG via BCN with Avianca

So i iust checked in online for BCN-BOG

In my reservation it says that a Carry-On up to 10kg is included

But on the boarding pass it says: Carry on: No

So im confused now, i cant reach anyone from their customer service and i have a short layover in BCN so i cant go to the desk there.

I also dont have an option to add a carry on in their App since it says its included..

Anyone ever had the same problem? So what counts now? From what i know its always the boarding pass that counts.
