I had about 309000 USDT inside my wallet. My account suddenly got locked out, and when I tried contacting Customer Support, they just give consistent AI replies which provide no help at all (refer to pics). In summary, they just said that they will lock my account for 182 days, until 26/10/2026, which indicates the lock had been around since 29/4/2026.
But the worst thing is, even till 2/5/2026, my account is still available to receive funds (last transaction was 6k USD), which is very absurd. How is this acceptable that an exchange which claims that my account has been locked, still be able to receive funds, but not be able to withdraw funds?
And when they said they will reply via email, they still give the same standard response. The reason that they give is ridiculous: "unable to disclose the specific reason for the restriction on your account"
Taking note that I have already done full KYC process, and have been using their platform for 2 years+. I am not involved in any futures trading, hence no abnormal trading methods / scalping / whatever bs reason they previously has imposed on other users. I am a completely clean user, with the sole purpose of storing my crypto in a safe wallet.
