I missed a spot apparently on the back of my neck and got a pretty bad burn. I have bad reactions to sunburns (itchy hives, etc) and I’m dreading it 😢 anything I can do? Feel so dumb 😫

A lot of talk this weekend about drinking in our group chat, for context I’m the only one in the group who’s sober. It’s giving me a lot of feelings of resentment, even though I don’t feel compelled to drink because of it. I know the easy answer is to break away from people who no longer serve you, but to be honest I don’t have a lot of other friends and I’m afraid of the loneliness I’ll feel if I completely cut ties.
