Is "Ai break" next social term?

We already have social media breaks, career breaks, relationship breaks, etc.

I think the next common term could be an “AI break.”

Not because AI is bad, but because using it too much can make people feel less creative or less mentally independent over time.

Social media affected attention spans.

AI might affect original thinking.

Feels like in the future people may intentionally say:

“Taking a break from AI to think for myself again.”
