I think my taper was faster than optimal yall, the dizziness and brain zaps suuucckkkkk. Feels like there is a bowling ball on my head. Tinnitus too

Still recommend this medication for people who need it, it helped me A LOT, but just taper off of it slower than you even think is necessary!

Im two days in tho so I should be chillin soon.

I've been on 20mg for over a year. A while back I went from 20 down to 10mg, a week ago I went from 10 down to 5, and today is my first day of not taking any. Is this roughly how yall have tapered down? I've definitely felt a bit dizzy/lightheaded, but haven't had any brain zaps or other intolerable side effects so far.

My doc said she personally just goes from 10 down to 0 and feels fine, but that sounded a bit gnarly to me.
