OW's 10th anniversary and "first" 3d portraits
I used to play a ton of Overwatch back in the day, I even pre-ordered the Origins Edition and would watch every new video on the game on repeat in the lead-up to launch. I played heavily until around Season 4, but now I picked the game back up again and I'm having a lot of fun.
One thing I became weirdly obsessed with back then were the 3D character portraits featured in those early videos (and other pre-release gameplay footage), because they were noticeably different from the final portraits we got at launch. Widowmaker's in particular stood out to me, since the model looked outright strange (I don't have any pictures of it sadly).
Something interesting I noticed: in the original ability overview videos, the first half of each video uses these early portraits, while the second half switches to the character portraits that were available on day one.
I didn't play the closed beta, but from what I understand, these early portraits never even made it into the beta.
Here are some examples I found in Zenyatta's, Hanzo's, and Bastion's videos in this playlist:

Would be amazing if anyone out there has more of these portraits saved, or knows more about them. Anyone else remember these?
