I have a hard time hearing the tic tic sound when the turn signal is on. Is there a way to set this volume higher permanently?

Once in a while, when I enter to drive, the radio comes on at high volume. I had t turn it off. That's so damn annoying.

Is there a way to DISABLE this "radio auto ON" undesirable feature ?
