Help me choose new wheels for my car

Hello all, currently running 245/45/18 tires on 18×8.5+0 Incubus wheels, square setup on stock suspension.

Don't mind the tires poking past fenders and want to preserve same stance while going slightly wider.

Have an 05 Roush Sport and wanted to get a wheel that looks similar to the original 5 spoke Roush chrome wheels. Those hard to find and more expensive.

Comparing two options right now on 275/40/18 tires.

  1. Stage Monroe black chrome in 18×10+15

  2. Whistler KR2s chrome in 18×10+20

These options will have approx. same stance, poke and ride height as current setup.

Like the deep dish and chrome on the KR2s. The Stage Monroe look more agressive in AI edits I have done and potentially have more brake clearance if install brake kit in future. They are also lighter. Just not a fan of the concavity and thinner spokes.

Car will not be raced on track, just fixing it up for personal pleasure on weekends.

Help me choose! Or give other wheel recommendations please. I know the Whistlers are cheaper due to material/finish but they would be an upgrade to 15+ year old wheels I have now, chrome started to peel. TIA.

Hello all,

Hoping I could get some help diagnosing AC problems and two check engine light codes.

Took it to three different shops, none have been able to solve the issue, so have been digging info on my own.

Currently, turning on AC does not engage compressor clutch or turn on low speed radiator fan. AC used to work intermittently, cycling on and off, but now it refuses to turn on.

Jumping the AC relay at the underhood fuse box engages the compressor and air blows perfectly cold inside. Jumping the high speed and low speed fan relays also turn on the fan, which leads me to believe this is something electrical and not mechanical.

Shops have done the following:

-Checked and refilled refrigerant levels

-Replaced underhood fuse box

-Replaced high pressure side connector and high pressure switch

-Replaced low pressure switch

-New OEM radiator fan

-Installed external relay kit for radiator fan from wireeverything to avoid the melted pins issue with the fuse box

Have check engine codes P0059 and P0053, which started around same time AC went out.

Replacing bank 2 upstream oxygen sensor did nothing for code P0059.

One shop suggested replacing the AC compressor but don't think that will do anything since it works when jumped. Thinking could be melted wiring somewhere related to the O2 sensors, throwing off the PCM command for the AC. Inspected visually but don't see anything obvious.

Stumped of what to do next. Thanks for any suggestions.
