Hey everyone,

We've been working on HabitRig for the past months and just launched it on iOS and Google Play.

The problem that bugged us: Every habit tracker we tried felt like a solo diary. You check a box, maybe get a streak, and when you inevitably skip a day... nothing happens. Nobody notices. Nobody cares. You just quietly stop using the app.

We wanted something where quitting actually has consequences — but also where doing it together with friends makes the whole thing more fun and motivating. Real people keeping you honest, and pushing you forward.

So we built HabitRig with 3 modes:

⚡ Solo — Classic habit tracking. Set daily, weekly, or monthly goals (like 3x a week or 10 days a month — not everything has to be daily). Build streaks, earn gems and badges at your own pace.

⚡ Duel — Challenge a friend head-to-head. You both commit to the same habit. Break your streak and you lose — the more disciplined one wins. Full stat comparison when time's up.

⚡ Squad — Form a team of up to 5 people. Here's the catch: if ONE person breaks the chain, the entire squad's streak dies. Everyone can see who's slacking, and there's a nudge button to call them out. It's brutal but it works.

What else is in there:

  • 4 ways to verify your habits (manual check-off, built-in timer, photo proof that your crew can approve, and health data sync for steps/distance)
  • 60+ badges across 6 levels — from Kinetic to Monolith (and a hidden tier beyond that)
  • Gems system — earn them by completing habits, spend them to rescue your streak (but only in Solo — Duel and Squad have no safety net)
  • Monthly and yearly reports with heatmaps, consistency scores, and detailed breakdowns
  • In-app chat in Duels and Squads — for strategy, trash talk, or just to babble
  • Smart reminders, offline support
  • 6 languages (EN, ES, DE, FR, NL, TR)

Pricing: Free with 3 active habits. Premium is 1.99€/month or 14.99€/year for unlimited habits, full reports, heatmaps, and no forced ads.

We'd genuinely love to hear your feedback — what works, what doesn't, what you'd want to see added. We are just a small team of two, so every bit of input helps us prioritize.

Thanks for checking it out!
