knee pain 6 days before first half marathon
hello!! ive been consistently training with 3 runs a week until last week when i missed my last long run (11k) as i was away camping. came back today with a view to catch up on this long run when i started noticing an annoying sharp-ish pain on the outside of my knee cap. i ended up deciding to stop my run about 5k in as i did not want to make it worse this close to the race.
what should i do from now until the race? should i rest it completely, or still try and catch up on my remaining runs? i have one tempo run and and easy 5k left to do. i also climb and do yoga, should i be stopping those too?
