Green vs brown vs grey clip ons

I'm wondering if in normal brightness indoors if you can wear any of these clip ons and still see well, read books, or are some of them too dark? Do any of them do a good job of hiding the waveguide screens AND the green light?

Practically speaking, how relevant are dialect differences in Norway?

For example, if I'm looking for work and I speak Tromso or Trondheim Norsk, would that be enough of a negative for someone looking to hire a professional in Oslo, that they'd prefer someone who has slightly lesser experience, but speaks Oslo Norsk? (I'm not sure if there's a more specific term for the dialects.)

I'm trying to understand how significant the dialect differences are and how relevant these differences are. Say you're from the northern most part of Norway, can you easily enough understand major Norwegian television shows? Is it ever more efficient to just switch to English between two fluent native Norwegian speakers who come from different dialects?

How do professionals that rely on a high degree of fluency work, like lawyers for example. Would they be at a disadvantage looking for a job in Tromso if they grew up in Oslo (and their dialect is Oslo Norsk) for example?

Learning Norwegian for Norksproven?

Hi everyone. I'm wondering if anyone has book recommendations for learning Norwegian to the B2 level (ideally higher though) for Norskproven. I speak Swedish at a B2 level, and find I can understand Norwegian television shows (if there are subtitles), but articles can sometimes still give me difficulty as they sometimes don't have enough words in common with Norwegian.

I know people ask this question sometimes, but I thought I'd ask it again given some of the posts I found were from a few years ago, and wasn't sure if Norskproven has changed and so recommendations have changed, or if there are new suggested books.

(Please disregard this part, someone pointed out that I probably had auto translate on. My bad!) Also, is there a Norwegian subreddit that is actually in Norwegian? Denmark and Sweden have ones that are basically entirely in Danish and Swedish, but I haven't been able to find a Norwegian one that is almost entirely full of people speaking Norwegian. I thought it would be useful as a way to practice writing. Do you have any other suggestions on how to practice writing?

Also, does anyone have any recommendations for Norwegian language music? The only one I listen to right now is Kaja Gunnufsen.
