What makes you believe/trust that the gods are good, kind, forgiving, loving etc?
Did the gods tell you that they love you every week? Did they make a promise that they will never hurt you?
If not, *how* do you believe that for sure?
Especially since the gods have so much power, they can easily ruin your life.
