I ordered two bamboo terry jogger sets for my son on 04/08 and am past the 14 days post delivery. I went to put on one set (child size 12/18 months) and noticed the drawstrings were INCREDIBLY long on the pants. So long that they are absolutely a hazard.

I reached out to the seller and they offered a credit for the pants only but I don't want the item given I no longer trust any part of this manufacturer's process. They said I should reach out to whatnot, request a refund and discard the item.

I'm past the 14 days post delivery window. Will Whatnot still help me? It says they will get back to me in 48 hours.
