White smoke, 2014 2.5

So I wanted to clean out the throttle body and a vacuum line got in the way and it snapped so I repaired it but it was still in the way so I tried to get the green clamp thing off the vacuum pump and couldn't get it so I unscrewed the nozzle on top of the pump and I believe it was a check valve and I put that back together wrong cause after I got everything put back together I started it and I heard a pop noise i turned it off 5 seconds later. Engine sounded normal. But I went back under the hood and the pump exploded from inside. I believe the ball in the check valve did it. So I took the vacuum pump off and recovered all the pieces. No damage to cam shaft. Cleaned up the whole area replaced the pump. So I go to start it this time and there tons of white smoke smelling kinda gassy. I turn it off in about 5 seconds cause it made me nervous. Then I take the things apart again to check stuff out and notice nothing out the ordinary. I did clean the pvc with mass air flow cleaner thinking it was maybe clogged. I did notice when I took off the vacuum pump this time that there was tiny amounts of exhaust or smoke coming out. So I go everything put back together again and I read a bunch of stuff online that maybe you gotta just let it run to burn some stuff off so I started it again and the white smoke came out again and it lasted about 15ish seconds before the car just stalled out. I know this is alot im really sorry.
