I've recently had a flare up of my DPDR and although im alot better than I was a month ago, the one thing im struggling with is feeling as though im stuck in time, and my day keeps repeating itself. I'm also struggling with time perception as day and night never feel separated, and the days are really blending into one another.

I've tried creating a routine, ive tried changing things daily to see if that would somehow alter the way my brain thinks. The only time I felt normal and that I wasn't stuck was when i was on holiday last week. I don't know if the different environment helped me relax.

Is there anything I can do? I use my grounding techniques when i feel myself panicking but this feeling of being stuck just isnt passing at all.
