Help- regarding JAC Chandigarh Registration

Ive been trying to register for JAC Chandigarh Counseling, but for some reason i can not do this. This isn't my first time registering for counselling so if youre about to suggest me to do the obvious, trust me i did.
all my details- information is right
the password matches the criteria,
the captcha is right

but even after all that when i try to register and hit "submit" I'm greeted with the pop-up wizard that says "password should be 8-13 characters long" (you can count yourself, it is under limit)

and then it proceeds to say "operation can not be performed. Your browser is not support password encryption" (i tried using Chrome, Edge, and even my Android device, same issue)

then the page reloads and says i need too verify number & email, so i hit the yellow icon next to mobile/email and then a small pop-up window opens for a millisecond and closes automatically, refreshing the whole page.

lmk what's wrong and how i can fix ts

[HIRING] Sales & Client Lead for my Agency

I’ve been running a solo agency operation in India for about 8 months now. I specialize in building high-performance websites and 3D product visualizations for local businesses like cafes, gyms, startups, and studios, etc. I help local businesses in their local area by building an online presence that actually drives physical foot traffic. Business has been solid, but I’ve hit a major roadblock: a chronic throat condition.

Talking for long periods has become physically painful, and my voice often sounds strained or completely different day-to-day. In this business, if you can’t communicate clearly, you lose trust. I’m tired of being mistaken for a "scammer" or sounding unprofessional just because my voice is giving out.

I am looking for a dedicated Sales and Communication specialist to join my team.

The Role

This isn’t just about making a quick call. You will handle end-to-end communication for every client you bring in.

  • Cold Outreach: Finding and contacting local businesses (Calls/WhatsApp/Email/Zoom calls, etc.).
  • Closing: Leading the pitch meetings and getting the contract signed.
  • Account Management: You will be the primary point of contact for the client throughout the project lifecycle (typically 10–25 days). You’ll relay their feedback to me and keep them updated on our progress.

The Pay

I am paying a 25% to 30% commission on the total contract value. Since you are handling the entire relationship from lead to close to hand-off, you get a significant cut of every project.

The Process

I need someone who sounds professional, empathetic, and sharp. To apply, please fill out the form below. I have included a short script for you to record a voice sample. I’m not looking for a "radio voice", I’m looking for someone who sounds like a real person who knows how to talk to business owners

Apply via this Google Form: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfl6scjOEnUq8syNi0-iYnxfnqMV3zSRHC3LdYggUYWJ6EdFw/viewform?usp=publish-editor

I’ll be reviewing samples and will reach out directly to the person who fits the vibe of the agency best.

>"Hi, I'm [Name] with the XYZ team. I was actually just looking at your gym's online profile, and I noticed that while your reviews are great, I couldnt find your website. your competitors nearby are capturing a lot more of the local search traffic because of their site structure. We specialize in helping local spots like yours convert that online interest into actual foot traffic. I’ve got our lead developer ready to show you a quick roadmap of how we can put you ahead of the local competition. Do you have a few minutes later today?"

I checked on the web and other sources, and it says that the last date of Registration for the IPU counselling is 30th April, which is today.
But I'm not sure if this registration is being held for IPU-CET(entrance exam) OR IPU-counselling.

I only have a few more hours left, so I'd really appreciate if someone could clarify it for me

B.Tech.I recently applied for the B.Tech. & M.Tech Integrated course at Gandhinagar and made the application payment a few days ago. However, I haven’t received any notifications or updates regarding my application. I’m wondering how long it typically takes for them to take action on applications. Also, I’m a bit confused about whether I need to do anything else.

Thanks!
