Zone 2 running is confusing me and making this boring

I run for 5-8 km continuously regularly but my HR always ends up being mostly in zone 3 and a little in zone 2 and also in zone 4! I can speak while running and do some nose breathing lol but strava and apple watch always counts it as moderate/high effort and "pushing it". I am really afraid of getting injured since that happened in the past in other sport.

I have to walk in between constantly to keep my HR in zone 2 which I am doing now unless doing a tempo/interval run. My HR is lower in the morning and when I get very good rest but yeah I am just so confused!

How strictly should I be looking at those numbers?
