I just want to get away from them. I’m the only licensed engineer there, yet they threatened to terminate my contract in front of everyone in the office. Then, when I filed for leave, they suddenly became nice and told me, “You’re the only licensed one here” and “We expect you to come back.” I’ve only been with the company for two months, but they’ve treated their new employees poorly.
