Out in maybe 3ft of water in N. Clearwater yesterday and I spotted a fin no more than 3-4ft away from me. There was a pod of 5-6 dolphins hunting super close to shore! It was simply incredible to be that close observing them in their wild habitat. The crazy thing is, seemingly no one around me even noticed!

Just curious if anyone else caught that?

Two days prior, it was windy / abnormally choppy surf so I’m assuming that’s what brought them so close to shore?

Edit: assuming the windy weather brought fish closer to shore. I knew they were hunting :)
