I have seen a huge uptick in interview accommodation requests recently. I have been in recruiting for roughly 15 years and maybe had 1 or 2 requests previously.
Within the last two months I have had 4 on my desk, and the rest of my team is seeing similar on theirs.

Is anybody else seeing this as well?

Obviously doing our best to accommodate as needed, but getting increasingly difficult.
