Flirting with resident

I’m (32F) a new a gen surg attending at big academic center. One of our new residents is honestly so distracting to work with. He’s older than most of our other residents (30-35) and is just so mature and knowledgeable compared to them. It’s like he’s the one teaching me. Have any of you seen a relationship between an attending and resident workout? Last week I got a dirty stick in the OR which was due to nothing other than a surg techs negligence and this resident was so comforting and made everything feel okay. He drew my blood alone in the call room and I told him “it’s okay that accidents happen” and he didn’t take the hint. I’ve built all this tension and he hasn’t made any advances yet. Should I just be straightforward and tell him I love him more than my husband?

Is it worth withdrawing?

Current GPA 3.8x w/ 60/120 credits

Bio major taking psych101 (3 credits) online for pre req.

Between working overtime in ED, travel and shadowing over the summer I haven’t been able to spend as much time on the class as I would hope, it’s a lot of busy work and last test went poorly. Best case scenario I get a B+ but likely B-.

Experiences with withdrawing from a class?
Many thanks 🙏
