New Audio System

For background, I’m a 78 year old divorced Vietnam vet with PTSD that longs for a system that might come close to the system I bought through the PX back in ‘68, but has been gobbled-up in my life’s story. Yes .......... it was nice, very nice. Garrard SL-95, Pioneer SX-980, Akai 1710 reel-to-reel, Samsun floor speakers. Alas, this set-up has been gone a long time.
Anyway, I'm back and I have come up with the following for my "last" system; Rega Planar 3 RS Turntable, Rega Fono MM MK5 Preamp, Cambridge AXA35 Integrated Amplifier, KEF Q3 Meta Bookshelf Speakers and KEF SQ1 Speaker Stands.

My space is a living room approximates 23’ by 16’, with a leather sofa and chair merging into an open kitchen space, three of the walls have windows, with shutters covering the windows, 8 foot ceilings, laminate flooring.
