7 months. Same bug. Same copy-paste responses. I'm done.

I bought a CMF Phone 2 Pro and have been dealing with a fingerprint bug since October 2025, the camera blurs at the exact moment it captures the image, so biometric login fails across pretty much any app that requires it. I raised it with support, provided videos, followed up repeatedly, and every single time I get a response from a different agent telling me "our team is looking into it."

It is now May 2026. Seven months later. PakID, a government-issued app in Pakistan that you need to access state services, not some obscure niche app — is completely broken for me because of this. I cannot access government services on a phone I paid good money for because Nothing cannot fix a fingerprint bug in seven months.

I've given them a 7-day deadline in writing. After that I'm pursuing legal action. At this point I genuinely want to know, does Nothing have a QA department? Because it really doesn't feel like it.
