Bloated stomach and lethargic African dwarf frog! Please help!

I am new to keeling african dwarf frogs, and I love the two that I have. I am planning to get a third frog, and I already have another tank ready to quarantine the new frog. However, my smaller frog (named little dingus) has developed a bloated stomach. He is much slower than my other frog(named big chungus) who loves to swim all around the tank, and goes crazy during feeding time. Little dingus prefers to stay at the bottom, and is much less enthusiastic about feeding time, however he still eats a lot. I feed them frozen mysis and brine shrimp every other day. I recently did a water change, and everything was perfectly fine. Even though little dingus is a slower swimmer, he is still able to get to the surface to get air. I am worried he could have bloat or another serious issue. If you have any idea what could be going on with my frog, please help!!

Please help me figure out what is wrong with the my frog.

Hello. I am a beginner to keeping african dwarf frogs and I am unsure of what this spot is on my frog. I have two frogs, and I am going to get another soon. I have a 10 gallon tank with wood and live plants. I feed them frozen food every other day. I just tested the water and did a water change, and everything seemed to go okay. When this picture was taken the frog was singing/croaking. The only thing that I think could have cause this injury was my other frog accidentally biting him during feeding time. Please let me know if I am doing anything wrong or if you have any idea of what the injury could be.
