Feeling nothing. Need encouragement
Started on Semaglutide, 8 units for 2 weeks. Week 3 16 units, week 4 20 units. Switch to Tirz 4.25 milligrams, 25 units. I literally feel nothing. Food noise, loud, hungry yes, I drink tons of water, yes to protein.
HW 238, SW 218 CW 218.
It took me a year to decide to dive into this experiment. I’ve tried everything. Feeling disheartened.
