I rebuild the entire differential due the a bad pinion bearing. I even also replace axle bearing(with its race), spacer and seal shaft for both axle shaft. I came to my attention when I turn left I hear a big clink noise (some times) coming from passanger side of the differential(but not noise when driving) (also no noise in the middle). I’m scratching my head about this, what can it be?

It’s my first time I’m rebuilding a rear differential. It’s from a Nissan frontier (it was swapped so this one is a m226) it had a noise I’m pretty sure it is a pinion bearing but how ever I’m replacing all the bearings and seal. But should I replace this gears? They are oem
