Somehow my address on my account reverted to my old address in NY that I haven’t lived at for almost 10 years. I made a purchase and it’s being sent to the incorrect address and stockx told me there’s nothing they can do and that I have to contact FedEx. Just got off the phone with FedEx, and they said that Stockx is wrong and that they HAVE to be the ones to correct it. I’m trying to contact stockx again and their customer service department is conveniently closed for some reason. Has anyone dealt with this before? I’m wondering if there’s any way that I’ll be able to receive the package after it’s delivered to the wrong address.
