Which state is the least religious?
I am sure I will get downvoted for this, but I truly want to know. I live in PA and just took a 5 state road trip. OH, KY, MO, IL, IN. People can't wait to use the word "pray" or "prayer" to you. I played a game to see how many minutes I could go while driving without seeing a church, cross or the word Jesus. 2 minutes was the average. Truly exhausting.
If I mention I do not believe, people become incredibly passive aggressive. I grew up with a strict religious family and I have religious trauma. I am so sick of it. Where in the USA is it not such an in-your-face issue? I would be so happy to live the rest of my life not speaking to a "Christian" again!
