Has anyone ever experienced this before?

I applied for MedSurg/tele/stroke unit as a new grad. I had the zoom conference last week and was told my the manager I should come in for a shadowing day. Last week, I picked Thursday but was told someone else was coming to shadow that day. I had no issues with that. So we agreed for Monday. No problem. I was told by the nurse manager to expect to stay for 2 hours. I had no problem with that. Was told to come in at 6:55am so I could see how report was done. No issues with that either. I showed up at the meeting spot at 6:45am. And just wait until the manager came. We spoke briefly and I ask her how was her weekend. A friendly gesture. The manager then ask did I have anything to do for the rest of the day. I said no ma’am. The manager said would I like to see another unit. I said oh alright. She said it doesn’t hurt to see other units in the hospital. It was for a MedSurg/Tele unit. On the stroke unit: the nurse I was assigned to was not very friendly. When I would ask questions she would answer but it didn’t seem like she didn’t wanted anyone to follow her around. When I went into the patient room with her she wouldn’t introduce me and the patients are looking at me. So I introduced myself. And let the patient know I was shadowing. Now the time now is 10:30am and the manager of this unit says would I like to go to the other unit to see how it is. I said alright why not. While we were walking the manager is pitching to me the next unit has a different population and that it’s seen as “easier”. I said oh I see very awkwardly. Now I’m shadowing on this unit it’s more smaller and it’s not as big and spacious as the stroke unit. It’s outdated and doesn’t have the fancy equipment as the stroke unit. So I follow this nurse around and she was more open and welcoming. It’s now 11:15am and the nurse I’m shadowing says she taking a break so I went to this manager and I told her is now a good time to talk with her. She told me the night shift position is only available on her unit. I originally applied for the night shift on their stroke unit. She said did that manger tell me. I played it off and said yes and no. I told her was I was ask did I want to see this unit. So now this manager wants to do an interview on the spot. I been there since 6:45am. I did the interview and this manager offered me the job on the spot. But I couldn’t help but think if I had told the manager on the stroke unit no what would have been my outcome. Would she have said days later she wanted to go with other applicants. I get a call from the recruiter 2 hours later and he says well I know you originally interviewed for the stroke unit but the managers felt I was a better fit for the MedSurg/Tele unit.

White spots on legs

Hello, I am a black female and I noticed these spots on my legs. When I take a shower it’s in really hot water. When I come out the shower my legs they itch. I am anemic, vitamin D and B12 deficiency. My thyroid levels are normal. I did labs two weeks ago. I do have a history of tinea versicolor on my back. Any ideas what it is ?
