What are the best café / takeaway websites you've seen and what makes their UX so good?
I'm currently researching how to improve the UX of an existing website for a small café / snack bar. Right now, I’m looking for strong best-practice examples in the restaurant, takeaway, café, or food-service space. I’d love to hear your opinions:
- What’s the best (or one of the best) restaurant / café / takeaway websites you've seen?
- What makes the UX stand out to you?
- What are the biggest UX mistakes these businesses usually make?
- What features or interactions immediately improve your experience as a customer?
- Have you seen any especially clever ideas or small UX details that stuck with you?
I’m especially interested in:
- Responsive & mobile-first experiences
- Conversion-focused UX
- Menu presentation
- Navigation simplicity
- Accessibility
Would really appreciate examples, screenshots, or even "this site feels great because..." explanations. Thanks in advance ... and for your time.
