Hey everyone, I have a 2017 Infiniti Q50 Red Sport and recently multiple warning lights came on the dashboard along with a malfunction message. Since those lights appeared, the speedometer needle does not move properly when I accelerate. The car still drives, but something clearly feels off.

Has anyone experienced this before or knows what the issue could be? Any advice would be appreciated.
