I’ve noticed and personally experienced how the Psychology chair seems biased toward students who are not part of the school council. It feels like students outside the council are often treated differently or given less consideration compared to those involved in student leadership. All students deserve equal respect, opportunities, and fair treatment regardless of whether they are part of an organization or not. A healthy academic environment should make every student feel valued, not excluded. I hope concerns like this can be acknowledged because favoritism can really affect students’ confidence, motivation, and overall experience in the department.
