Anyone over the age of 40, what’s an advice you’d give to an 18 year old

Hi everyone I’m a girl turning 18 next month, this is so random but recently I’ve been dealing with a lot of mental health issues (OCD) and I had an identity crisis. But these past few days I’ve learned so much about myself, about what I like, about what I want to do, etc. I’ve never felt more free but with OCD it’s hard to feel happiness in the present moment. I overthink a lot about me smoking or drinking and stuff like that it makes me feel like a „bad“ person eventhough I know I’m a good person and the amount is moderate and im not hiding everything from my parents, I’m just a teenager enjoying life during the holidays ( I don’t don’t even smoke when I’m back to school/ Uni (soon))and im also working in real estate as well and I love helping others in need; it brings a smile to my face seeing people happy. But that’s not what I want to talk about. Recently I’ve been talking to many adults and I love hearing about what they have to say when it comes to living life. So if anyone here has any advice for me please let me know. Also please tell me your age if you don’t mind in the comments. I really want to know how actual adults view the world. Thank you 🥰❤️
