I’ve followed the Premier League closely for several seasons and am getting ready for the 2026/27 season, which starts on August 21, 2026. I looked into the best legal streaming options and free trials currently available without resorting to questionable streaming sites.

*The U-NEXT offer needs some explanation. Its regular streaming plan has a 31-day trial that includes ¥1,200 in credit, but the separate Football Pack costs ¥2,600. Applying the credit brings the initial Football Pack cost down to ¥1,400.

A few things to know about free trials

These are legitimate, licensed streaming services, but trials are generally limited to new or otherwise eligible subscribers. Most require payment details and automatically become paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.

US trials from DIRECTV, Hulu + Live TV and YouTube TV only provide the matches shown on NBC and USA Network. They don’t include Peacock-exclusive matches, so none of those trials provides every Premier League match by itself.

Fubo is the most complete trial option I found because it carries all 380 matches in Canada, although the trial length can vary and is shown during sign up.
