Brand new to this - how can I stockpile given starting at low dose?

For some reason, I never thought a glp-1 would work for me as nothing has but I watched quite a few videos recently of people that lost weight after years of struggling so I decided to take the plunge - only to find out the FDA started to crack down on compounding pharmacies the week before I decided to start. I bought a 1 month supply from Ezra, they are starting me at 1.5mg (sending a one month vial with 10mg in it however) and I haven’t received it yet. I’ve read that many people here suggest a 6 month stockpile to help offset the 503b pharmacies that are/may be shut down. My question is - since I’m on a starter dose, how do I stockpile given that I will need a higher dose 6 months down the line? I don’t know if it’s unethical, but I was thinking of ordering from other compounding pharmacies and telling them I have already been on tirzepatide at a higher dose…is that possible or do they need proof? Also can I order from multiple, unrelated pharmacies? I am very hopeful this will help me to lose weight - I’ve lost 35lbs on my own, but I need to lose over 100lbs more to reach a healthy weight. I’m desperate. Any insight is appreciated.
