I kinda hc that natural scugs are on a spectrum of slugness and catness.
Cattier scugs would have ofc more fur and be less slimy. I think Arti and hunter would be very cat leaning, and inv would be moderately cat leaning.
Sluggier scugs would have their face and torso fur replaced with the slug stuff, their slug antenna thingies would be more prominent. Extremely sluggy scugs sometimes have either tiny/no hind legs or front legs or both but it's kinda rare.
Normal scugs have a healthy mix of the 2, they can have slug neck frills and a cat tail or opposite like the pic. But it's usually their tail with the slug frills since their tail is the most slug likes part of them. Surv and monk imo would be like the default Scug template.

1st: mainly pink n orange smtimes could have some dark blues?
2nd: need I say more red white and a little black
3rd: blues and pinks but more saturated.
For 1st I plan to make some antenna headband out of cardboard and maybe clay, but I'm not confident in wearing that out ofc
I like red checkered shirts for some reason (4th pic) and I also like ties, I like the look of grunge but idk how any of this can fit. Also yeah the 3 characters are separate fits depending on how I feel
