Huge motorcade for a group of people bicycling next to Windsor Crossings, does anyone know who it is?

What are some of your favourite decks that do not rely on the commander to win?

For example I run a Rakdos spellslinger group slug deck with [[Black Waltz No. 3]] in the command zone, but he does not need to be on the battlefield to win. Through cards like [[Guttersnipe]] and [[Coruscation mage]] I can achieve the same win without needing “key” cards in play.
