Wireless Lapel Mics for Podcast & Street Interviews

My boyfriend & I have an amazing opportunity to host a radio show on a local FM station. We would be recording most of our interviews in the field. My boyfriend has all these fancy overly complex audio contraptions that he can never get dialed in correctly. However, he does have a set of wireless lapel mics that plug into the bottom of a phone. Thats where our best quality comes from so far. however, there are only 2 mics. I want us to have access to 4 or 5.

What brand is reliable, excellent sound quality in varied conditions (outdoors, crowded rooms, live music closeby) and offers 4-5 mics? Also, is it possible for this plug & play phone setup to have each line recorded separately as well as together in 1 blended audio? I'm not a technical person so my apologies if that last question didnt make sense. Ideally, all 4or 5 of us would sound great all the time and everything would just naturally come together but if 1 person sounds awful, I want the flexibility to tweak that 1 input. Or is that now introducing the need for a board and running multiple lines? Using a board is what screws up our audio quality so maybe its better to keep it as a blended audio then fix post prod if need be. Thanks for your patience!

I have a freezer full of meat. I want to thaw it and pressure can using tested recipes. Is this possible to do? I figured it would be a good way to extend the life of my frozen meats because they would be pressure canned. I've only seen people can fresh meat so far. Thank you!!!

Hello!

I am torn between a Wondermill Jr. Deluxe & Country Living grain mills. Both are used and similar priced. I'm not super fit, so the Country Living is appealing as it can be motorized. Which one is easier to use? What is more durable?
