ILR priority

Applied for priority ILR set O but forgot to attach bank statement and Home Office asked for it and I sent it 2 days later. When can I expect a reply?

Was anyone in the same position?

Advice

Does the home office accept interim bank statement from mid month to the next as long as it shows recent salary being deposited?

I ask as I forgot to attach bank statement and so I want to upload a new one.

Also, how long does it take after bank statement is sent to the home office for them to reply?

I applied for set O using priority service and they wrote back to me asking about the bank statement yesterday.

Submitted set O ILR normal priority on Tuesday still haven't heard anything. Obviously not expecting a decision today but likely Monday.

My question is, is this a good sign? I know some people get asked to send in missing documents or for clarification few days into their application or also get sent emails saying their application is complex and will take time so just want to know.

Very worried about my application.

Question

When providing documents for ILR application, i know the passport is mandatory but what else? Below mandatory documents is a list of documents, do we need to provide them all or only ones we can?

Also, is it worth paying for the super priority application or is it best to go for the 5 working day one? I know many people have had delays therefore im just wondering if it is actually worth paying alot more for a service which would potentially be delayed.

Question

I entered the UK on 23/09/2021, but my visa was issued on 01/09/2021. Can I apply for my ILR, and if so, what should I write as my date of entry on the form?

Do I need to write a cover letter to explain?

Advise please

I mistakenly passed the 20 hour locum limit while on a visa, essentially misinterpreted the law as I am training in a speciality and with a known sponsor and as part of that we rotate through different hospitals and practices. I thought employer would be the same so okay to locum as much as I want on my annual leave but it turns out training programme and hospital are two different employers.

This only happened for around 3 out of 6 weeks on my annual leave and fairly recently, otherwise my 5 year record has been clean so the main concern is how this would affect my ILR. I have picked up extra shifts before but these were very few and far and between and never really made much of it, I think what prompted me to look into details of my payslip and sponsor now is me approaching ILR.

I’m on annual leave anyway and I cancelled all future shifts but I think at this point need to speak to an immigration advisor with experience with NHS staff so would be grateful if anyone can recommend. I spoke to a couple of immigration advisors who offered to write my ILR application with a charge of 2000 pounds plus.Is this normal?

Im also keen on hearing similar stories/experiences from fellow colleagues. What does everyone think about my ILR application? Likely to be accepted? How does home office approach these kind of cases where a minor breach happened? This was purely unintentional.

Thanks!

Looking for some advise!

Question to my fellow Sudanese, males and females.

I am in the process of getting to know someone for the sake of marriage. I live abroad, but definitely looking for a Sudania.

There are obviously a few things to discuss before marriage to ensure compatibility but one of them in particular is not easily navigated between couples and is arguably one of the commonest reasons for divorce.

My question is how do you politely discuss the topic of sex and expectations to ensure there is no mismatch in libido without ofc coming off as rude.

As a female, would you be open to having this discussion? And how would you want to be approached when discussing it?

I appreciate this could be a sensitive topic but it is one I feel that is really important to discuss beforehand therefore would love to hear your thoughts and experiences.
