ok so i had these 2 units for about a year now. a window unit and a room unit w/ the funnel...

last year they worked fine. not sure if it was an app update or firmware update.. but here's my issue.

i usually use the midea app to turn on the ac before i get home. it would back then default to last temp i had it set, now it sets it at 86 and go into eco mode... since i never had to slide the temp back down... messed around w/ settings and nothing i would assume would do that.
