Long Inter-generational Books
I am looking for a longer book that likely has multiple perspectives and perhaps surrounds multiple members of a family. Somewhat similar books I’ve enjoyed are The Covenant of Water by Abraham Verghese (yes I’ve read Cutting for Stone, and it was incredible!), The Poisonwood Bible by Barbara Kingsolver, The Bee Sting by Paul Murray, and while somewhat different, The Neapolitan Quartet (series) by Elena Ferrante.
Any genre, though I’m not typically fond of sci-fi or fantasy, I’m willing to give anything a try. It doesn’t have to fit the parameters exactly but I am looking to really immerse myself in a book while I have time to do so!
