Having never seen any of it or knowing all that much about it except Lili Simmons got nude in it, I binge watched the entirety of Banshee over the past week and a half or two. I'm glad I did.

I definitely enjoyed it overall. Interesting characters and characters arcs for the most part. I initially didn't care for Proctor and how he was portrayed but I ended up liking the character overall by the end of it or at least finding him interesting.

I didn't expect I'd get sick of seeing Ana nude but after the 26th sex scene of 57 that she's in, I didn't care anymore.

Burton. Burton is such a dumb character. The "super neat OCD unassuming psychopath" trope is remarkably old. Apart from what appears to be some legitimate fighting skills he has, though they can't even fully show that like when he took on an entire room of Neo-Nazis, he doesn't appear to be THAT good at his job. His ability to clean up a crime scene is barely passable and not checking the entire room to find a big hunk of cash in a toilet is pretty negligent.

I forget the exact count on dramatic removal of glasses but by the end of the show it had to be up to about 13 or so and each time it was more lame than the last. Just stop wearing glasses, or invest in contacts or Lasik. It might have had the desired effect the first few times but after several and it being some weird necessary precursor to him "getting serious", it was just contrived and weak.

I was a big fan of Job as a character and how he was portrayed and I rather enjoyed Bunker's redemption arc as well.
