Help with my tomato plant

My tomato plant is only around 18 inches tall but it’s already flowering/fruiting. Nights here are still pretty cold so I haven’t planted it in the ground yet. Right now it’s staying indoors under grow lights.

Should I pinch off the flowers/fruits for now so the plant focuses on growing bigger first? Or just leave them alone until weather warms up enough to transplant outside?

Pursuit of Jade was my gateway drama so now I’m trying to find something similar.

I started Legend of the Female General but idk I’m having a hard time getting into it. Its like the disguise is so obvious and I’m not really feeling the female lead’s acting so far, she feels kinda wooden. The male lead is good though.

Does it get better or should I just drop it?
