Genuinely I CANNOT tell what is causing this, or what setting it might be?

I've been drawing for 6-7 years and all of my art looks practically identical to what it did all that time ago, despite studying and practicing and even using reference images to full on get proportions and anatomy correct it STILL somehow comes out looking identical to everything I did back before and I can't find what hurdle is holding me back so hard.
Any of my friends are extremely supportive so I can't even get them to dig into my art at all.
Any and ALL critiques or help is appreciated

I am still a rather beginner artist however there is a pricing minimum on this subreddit therefore I will follow it.
I offer commisions, preferably no robotic forms and a bit of a lean more towards feminine figures but if you're willing to be paitient with me I can do a longer piece in an attempt to make sure everything is to your liking!
Busts are 30$
Waist-ups are 35$
Full bodies are 45$
No extended fees on complexity, I do also do furry art but currently have no references to provide beyond what is posted below. Payment plans are discussable.

Developments, and an eventual spot for a proper portfolio spot link will be added to this post once I have a large enough collection. The programs used will be Clipstudio paint (until my free trial runs out at the end of the month) and FireAlpaca, both of which can be exported as .PSD at request.
I am willing to do twitch emotes, or prep any art to be rigged for Vtubing as well as I do have experience with how the application functions.
